Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Engineer is a crucial team member responsible for driving the successful implementation and integration of Oden to our customers. You’ll apply your critical thinking and technical skills to deliver integration solutions and develop Oden’s integration toolset.

In Short

• Collaborate with sales, SA, and engineering teams to understand customer use cases.
• Design technical solutions that integrate data sources to Oden’s cloud endpoints.
• Lead the technical implementation of Oden integration solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of Oden.
• Communicate technical requirements effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop integration documentation for deployments.
• Oversee integration with existing manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues encountered during implementation.
• Foster relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Continuously update documentation based on feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
• Programming experience in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Experience with SQL and REST API calls.
• Familiarity with middleware and integration toolsets.
• Strong writing skills for technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and customer support experience.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Comfort in a startup environment.
• Located in the Atlanta area.
