As the Director of Product Marketing at Oden, you will be responsible for amplifying Oden’s brand recognition as the leading manufacturing data & AI company, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution.

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic marketing plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience marketing to industrial or technical B2B audiences.
• Deep understanding of product marketing for complex SaaS products.
• Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
• Proven success in translating strategy into marketing campaigns.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise customer buying processes.
• Data-driven mindset for testing and optimizing strategies.
• Strong project management skills.
