In Short

• Assist Geotab Sales Teams in pre-sales opportunities and pilots.
• Support requests for Big Data initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and maintain new Geotab products.
• Consult with customers on effective usage of Geotab’s technology.
• Maintain technical knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem.
• Document technology solutions in detail.
• Support sales teams with technical queries.
• Build and maintain industry-specific custom reports.
• Participate in engineering product and integration projects.
• Work closely with all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3+ years in a technical sales or account management position.
• Strong aptitude for understanding technical and business requirements.
• Knowledge of transportation service regulations.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of vehicle circuitry and CAN communication.
• Technical experience using SQL, C#, JavaScript, or Google BigQuery.
• Understanding of programming logic.
• Technical competence using software programs, including Google Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
