• We are looking for a smart, entrepreneurial and autonomous Solutions Engineer.
• Experience in SaaS or Payments is ideal.
• Work with Sales, Success & Product teams to enable software vendors.
• Provide support and technical consulting to customers.
• Write integration plans and sample code for Paddle integration.
• Communicate confidently with C-suite and senior developers.
• Assist Account Executives on customer calls to win new business.
• Help customers onboard and launch smoothly.
• Contribute to product development and documentation.
• Be a role model for new & junior team members.

Requirements

• Excellent web technologies experience including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience using and integrating APIs.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with various audiences.
• Understanding of online payments infrastructure.
