  • Drive campaigns that fuel Paddle’s Sales-led growth.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel, integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing.
  • Ensure every program delivers measurable commercial impact.
  • Act as the voice of Marketing for Sales.
  • Define success metrics and optimize programs for ROI.
  • Develop ABM and persona plays for broader pipeline campaigns.
  • Activate across paid and owned channels.
  • Anchor campaigns in product value and customer insight.
  • Reflect brand narrative in campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and accelerating revenue.
  • Strong understanding of funnel mechanics and campaign orchestration.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • A data-driven mindset balancing creativity and commercial focus.
