In Short

• Play a key role in shaping and embedding the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Support the Compliance & Risk Lead in designing and implementing risk processes.
• Develop and maintain Paddle’s risk taxonomy.
• Own the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF).
• Lead the development of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
• Oversee the identification and assessment of strategic and emerging risks.
• Coordinate risk governance processes and prepare management information.
• Deliver risk training and awareness sessions across the business.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective risk oversight.
• Champion the use of automation and process enhancements in the ERM function.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or payments.
• Ability to design frameworks from first principles.
• Experience in designing risk frameworks, policies, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with core risk processes including RCSAs and risk reporting.
• Ability to balance pragmatic solutions with regulatory expectations.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring structure to complexity.
