In Short

• Lead design for Paddle’s Analytics and Reporting experiences.
• Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Shape scalable design systems and processes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data partners.
• Own the end-to-end design of analytics and reporting experiences.
• Translate complex data into intuitive dashboards and workflows.
• Use research and customer feedback to improve experiences.
• Mentor and support other designers.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the product organization.

Requirements

• Experience designing high-scale consumer-facing or B2B products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Ability to assess and apply AI in user experiences.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication of design decisions.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity.
• Experience with design systems.
• Strong UI design and prototyping skills using Figma.
