Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Quantum Metric, you will be responsible for providing world-class pre-sales technical support to the sales team, working directly with customers to deliver product demonstrations that address customer pain points and emphasize Quantum Metric’s industry-leading CXM solutions.

Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of analytical tools such as Adobe and Google.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about technical sales and customer interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and POCs concurrently.
• Experience with native/hybrid mobile apps is preferred.
