Solutions Engineer II - Remote

Overview

Vimeo is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team! This role involves working with diverse customers to evaluate their needs and demonstrate how Vimeo can meet those needs.

In Short

• Work with companies to solve video hosting and streaming needs.
• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations as a Vimeo Expert.
• Understand customer requirements and document proposed solutions.
• Plan and execute RFPs and product evaluations.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Grow technically and professionally in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant in a SaaS environment.
• Enterprise technology knowledge, including security and integrations.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude.
• Understanding of live and on-demand video workflows preferred.
