Overview

The Controller at NCTC will lead the accounting department, ensuring compliance with GAAP and managing financial operations including payroll, accounts payable, and financial reporting.

• Lead the NCTC Accounting department.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience in telecommunications or broadband preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with payroll and tax reporting.
• Proven managerial abilities.
