Systems Integration Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at RSI Security. This role focuses on the integration, optimization, and automation of internal tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

In Short

• Design, build, and manage integrations between internal tools and third-party platforms.
• Utilize APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Implement scalable and efficient solutions to reduce manual workload.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored automation solutions.
• Support onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of internal tools.
• Provide training and documentation on automation processes and best practices.
• Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices in systems automation.

Requirements

• Experience in systems integration and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL (preferred).
• HubSpot experience is required (CRM automation, data sync, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira) and other CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting complex processes.
