HR Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

The HR Operations Manager leads RSI Security’s internal ecosystem people, processes, and systems ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and in alignment with our EOS framework.

• Reports to: Managing Director / Visionary
• Type: Full-time — W-2 (U.S.-based only)
• Location: Remote
• Oversee HR processes at a systems level—compliance, documentation, and policy accuracy.
• Ensure smooth coordination across HRIS System
• Manage the Operations Administrative Assistant and oversee all administrative workflows.
• Track HR and operations compliance across all U.S. states of employment.
• Conduct quarterly internal audits of people systems and vendor records.
• 5+ years of HR and operations experience, with at least 2 years managing people or systems.
• Remote-first culture with virtual team-building and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience with HR platforms such as TriNet, Rippling, JazzHR, Trainual, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of compliance, licensing, contractor administration, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent documentation, project management, and follow-through skills.
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar operational frameworks. (preferred)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
