Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Operations and leadership experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and HR analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws.
• Success in process improvement and HR service delivery.
• Tech-savvy and systems-oriented.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
