Overview

As a Litigation Specialist at Builders Mutual, you will manage litigation related to construction defects and claims within the South Carolina jurisdiction, working remotely with occasional travel to the Raleigh office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial claims experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Adjusters license in home state.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze contracts and coverage forms.
• High level of discipline and judgment.
• Proficient in MS Office software.
• Reside in a state within the company’s footprint.
• Pursuit of AIC, ARM, or CPCU certification is a plus.
