Overview

The Reputation Analyst is responsible for managing client accounts by responding to online reviews, providing insights, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage day-to-day review monitoring and responses for hotel clients.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in client support or guest relations.
• Strong background in copywriting and content creation.
• Passionate about client experience and technology.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in English, Journalism, or Communications.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Self-directed and motivated to exceed results.
• Skilled in standard office communication technology.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers.
