Overview

The Salesforce Administrator will maintain and support Salesforce, Certinia, and AppExchange applications, ensuring seamless system performance and data integrity while providing end-user support.

In Short

• Administer Salesforce, Certinia, and AppExchange applications
• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets
• Respond to end-user issues and training requests
• Maintain system metrics to monitor usage and data quality
• Identify usage issues and develop communication plans
• Partner with management to recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with vendors to deliver Salesforce solutions
• Implement and maintain sales and service workflows
• Oversee data integration and quality processes
• Support release management processes

Requirements

• BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in a Salesforce environment
• Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
• Ability to test, implement, and document Salesforce changes
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
