Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) - Remote

Overview

NATECH is currently seeking a Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to support the Joint Knowledge Online (JKO). This position is fully remote, but candidate must live within Lawton, OK and be available to attend meetings and working sessions as needed.

In Short

• Integrates audio, visual, and written material into interesting, instructive, and intuitive products.
• Develops JKO database.
• Develop and distribute online educational and training content utilizing instructional systems design (ISD).
• Produce written, audio, and graphic products for training programs.
• Collaborate with other Training and Education team members.
• Make edits and adjustments to interactive templates.
• Completes products according to plans of action and milestone (POAM) schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with minimum 10 years of experience in training or technical experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience with eLearning practices in a military training environment.
• Experience with eLearning and curriculum authoring for web-based training.
• 3-5 years’ experience with Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL).
• Experience with SCORM.
• Experience with planning and managing production of courseware.
• Experience synchronizing efforts of multiple teams and applying quality control testing.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Animate is a plus.
• Experience using Captivate.
• Experience with Graphic Designing is a plus.
