Overview

Everlaw is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer to join our rapidly-growing Product team! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content for Everlaw’s robust product Certification Program, serving both internal and external users. The learning experience you create ensures our users have the product knowledge they need to excel as Everlaw experts in their roles.

In Short

• Become product certified and immerse yourself in the Everlaw platform.
• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS).
• Curate and manage learning content to reflect product offerings.
• Identify and collect program metrics to analyze learning content effectiveness.
• Optimize the use of learning technologies.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve learning processes.
• Design engaging learning materials and experiences.
• Support both internal and external users in their learning journey.
• Contribute to the professional growth of team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in instructional design.
• Experience with learning software such as Articulate and Captivate.
• At least 2 years managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to balance structure and simplicity in design.
• Intentional about measuring impact and efficacy of learning content.
• Strategic mindset for scalable curricula and processes.
• Quality, process, and detail-oriented.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
