Requirements

• Advanced degree or certification in relevant fields.
• 7-10 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proven experience in performance consulting.
• Deep knowledge of instructional design theories.
• Experience in e-learning design and development.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with multimedia development tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and changing priorities.
