In Short

• Part-time, contract role (20 hours/week) focused on instructional design and LMS management.
• Design and develop eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
• Apply adult learning principles and accessibility best practices.
• Manage and update courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS.
• Assist with learning data collection and evaluation.
• Perform quality assurance reviews on digital learning assets.
• Support internal learning campaigns and initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design and LMS administration required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills needed.

Requirements

• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate.
• Experience managing content and users in a major LMS.
• Strong understanding of SCORM and eLearning publishing standards.
• Familiarity with analytics/reporting within an LMS preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or education-related fields is a plus.
