Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

As an Instructional Designer at Roadie, you will be responsible for developing engaging, interactive, and effective learning materials and resources tailored to the unique needs of our Customer Experience team.

In Short

• Collaborate with CX stakeholders to conduct needs assessments and identify learning objectives.
• Design and develop instructional materials including digital learning materials, presentations, and videos.
• Create interactive learning experiences catering to diverse learning styles.
• Conduct learning evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions.
• Iterate and improve instructional materials based on feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
• Collaborate with external vendors as needed.
• Provide guidance on instructional design principles to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience with learning management systems and content management systems.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Reach preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills for data-informed learning strategies.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• A bias for action in a fast-paced environment.
