Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

Centerfield is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and evaluate high-impact learning solutions that drive performance and close skill gaps across the organization.

In Short

• Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis.
• Design interactive learning experiences including ILT and eLearning modules.
• Apply adult learning theory to instructional strategies.
• Develop storyboards and scripts for SCORM-compliant eLearning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business goals.
• Create and manage project plans and timelines.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather learner feedback.
• Analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Articulate 360 and other design tools.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 3+ years of proven success in instructional design.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and ADDIE/SAM methodologies.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
