Instructional Designer - Remote

Overview

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and content development of mission-critical learning programs, including eLearning, instructor-led training, technical product videos, assessments, and blended learning solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1-2 years in biotech or medical device organization preferred.
• Degree in Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology preferred.
• Experience in designing eLearning and blended learning solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience with SMEs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with instructional design processes and tools.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Articulate Storyline, MS Office, and collaboration tools.
• Portfolio of work samples required.
