Overview

The Marketing Communication Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating marketing tools and ensuring consistency across all communications within the regional Marketing team.

• Manage marketing content projects in collaboration with global and regional teams.
• Coordinate marketing content projects and communication processes.
• Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of marketing content projects.
• Manage translations and maintain consistent messaging across platforms.
• Serve as point of contact for customer-facing Marketing Communication projects.
• Develop and manage translation quality processes.
• Conceptualize EU marketing messaging and communication.
• Monitor progress of approvals from Legal, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Coordinate logistics for promotional material production for events.
• Maintain high-quality collaboration within the EU Marketing team.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience in marketing communication.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing communication experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Self-starter with ability to edit and update various file types.
• Strong organizational skills and team support experience.
• Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in French and English required.
• Travel up to 15-20% required.
