Overview

The Community Marketing Coordinator will serve as a vital link between Arc’teryx and the outdoor community, enhancing brand awareness through events, partnerships, and community engagement.

In Short

• Increase local brand awareness and store traffic through regional events and partnerships.
• Attend and assist in brand-led events and partner activations.
• Develop and execute a regional community marketing calendar for NSW, ACT & QLD.
• Generate content from community events to support digital marketing efforts.
• Plan and create content with partners from local community events.
• Support new store openings and major events in NSW, ACT & QLD.
• Manage the Brand Store community zone.
• Assist in wholesale community activation as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in organizing events and project management.
• Ability to build relationships with consumers, athletes, and partners.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Proven event execution and partnership management experience.
• Self-motivated with a passion for outdoor activities.
