Overview

The Customer Success Program Manager is responsible for guiding the UK customers toward long-term operational success by increasing efficiencies through onboarding and educating on best practices.

In Short

  • Manage the onboarding process for selected Intuitive customers.
  • Become an expert in the Intuitive Ecosystem offerings.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration for proactive support.
  • Monitor outcomes to ensure long-term success for customers.
  • Champion customer needs and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Support customers to reach key milestones and business outcomes.
  • Utilize Customer Success business systems for tracking interactions.
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams and identify improvements.
  • Help identify process improvements for operational efficiencies.
  • Educate internal teams on resources and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in account management or similar role.
  • Experience with the Da Vinci system is a must.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and strategic thinking.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
  • Proactive analytic skills and problem-solving passion.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in MS Office Suite; knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
