Overview

The Marketing Manager at Intuitive will implement and execute marketing programs aimed at driving the adoption and growth of da Vinci surgical procedures across various specialties, collaborating closely with sales and training teams.

• Implement and execute marketing programs for da Vinci surgical procedures.
• Focus on General Surgery, Urology, Gynecology, and Thoracic Surgery.
• Work with cross-functional sales and training teams.
• Develop and execute marketing tactics in collaboration with European marketing teams.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) for educational programs.
• Quantify clinical and economic impact of surgical procedures.
• Align with surgical and executive societies.
• Manage departmental and cross-functional projects.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Requirements

• University degree in life science or business discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical/product marketing experience.
• Strong clinical and surgical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building marketing programs.
• Ability to influence peers and build credibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
