Overview

The Marketing Manager will work directly with the founder to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute marketing systems that generate qualified leads.

• Collaborate with the founder to define ideal customer profiles and core messaging.

Requirements

• Experience building or scaling marketing systems for small businesses.
• B2B marketing experience, preferably in services to contractors or commercial operators.
• Experience managing websites and implementing SEO strategies.
• Experience with email campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like GoHighLevel.
• Fluent English skills for clear marketing content production.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
