Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Manager ensures that brand awareness, outreach marketing, public relations, social media strategy, activations, and partnership initiatives are executed with consistency, creativity, and measurable impact. This role serves as a regional marketing leader, translating corporate brand strategy into effective property-level execution while partnering cross-functionally with Digital Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams.

• Lead, coach, and support a regional team of marketing professionals.

• Partner with Digital, Creative, and Corporate teams to execute campaigns.
• Ensure outreach marketing efforts are strategic and measurable.
• Guide development of local partnerships and sponsorships.
• Oversee the growth of Hawthorne’s Partner Network across regions.
• Analyze property performance data to identify opportunities.
• Monitor competitive positioning and market conditions.
• Develop and present marketing performance summaries to leadership.

Requirements

• A business or marketing-related degree or 5+ years' experience in marketing.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient in Multifamily software platforms (Yardi Voyager, RentCafe).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.
• Proficient in online marketing & analytics platforms (WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable taking projects from concept to completion.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
