Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, planning, and executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and pipeline growth in support of Array’s business objectives.

In Short

• Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in partnership with sales.
• Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel lead generation and demand programs.
• Support and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Partner closely with sales to align marketing campaigns.
• Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
• Create and manage campaign content across various channels.
• Provide guidance on audience segmentation and creative direction.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure campaign visuals align with brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization.
• Stay current on industry trends and marketing best practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles.
• Experience with ICP-based targeting and ABM programs.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign strategy.
• Excellent writing skills across multiple marketing channels.
• Ability to translate buyer needs into compelling campaigns.
• Strong project management skills.
• Data-driven mindset for campaign performance analysis.
• Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
