Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on marketing data to help improve campaign performance and decision-making in a B2B professional services environment.

In Short

• Track and analyze basic marketing performance metrics such as leads, website traffic, email engagement, and campaign results.
• Assist with creating regular reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
• Help maintain data accuracy across marketing and CRM systems.
• Compile and organize data from multiple sources for analysis.
• Assist with basic market and competitor research.
• Support marketing campaigns by monitoring performance and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
• Work closely with marketing team members to support day-to-day marketing activities.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including email, website, social media, and integrated campaigns.
• Graphic design skills, with experience creating and updating basic marketing assets using Canva or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
