Overview

We’re on the search for an Instructional Designer to support various learning and development programs at Granicus. The successful candidate will work closely with our core L&D team and business stakeholders to design and develop results-oriented learning that is engaging, inspirational, and highly effective.

In Short

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development Specialists to assess training needs.
  • Design and produce engaging training programs and assessments.
  • Implement training using various L&D delivery tools.
  • Evaluate programs to measure impact and report on metrics.
  • Keep training programs up to date with a refresh schedule.
  • Proactively improve training design and delivery.

Requirements

  • Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
  • Creative design skills for eLearning and instructor-led training.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with LearnUpon LMS is a plus.
