Overview

The Instructional Designer collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and recommend learning strategies, employing various instructional methods to create effective learning solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate training experience in instructional design.
• Ability to write clearly for intended audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Articulate 360.
• Ability to design and structure content for various learning formats.
• Strong ideation and learning design suggestion skills.
