Overview

The Senior Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and waste support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with waste treatment and disposal services.

In Short

  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for customers.
  • Respond to inquiries and process orders.

  • Provide quotes and schedule trucking for waste transportation.
  • Work within a team environment and handle multiple assignments.
  • Commitment to customer service and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of RCRA laws and waste processing protocols.
  • Ability to analyze complex documentation and governmental regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, and PDF writer.
  • Experience in waste disposal or chemistry is preferred.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of accounting processes.
  • Ability to identify trends and data patterns.
