Overview

The Talent Development Coordinator is responsible for providing company-wide support for the implementation and execution of training programs, balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Assist with various development programs and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain employee training activity in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Coordinate training assignments and manage logistics for in-person and virtual training.
  • Track program budgets and process invoices.
  • Support the development of training communication materials.
  • Act as a point of contact for course attendees and manage vendor correspondence.
  • Assist in preparation of Talent department metrics and reports.
  • Provide technical assistance during training sessions.
  • Manage communication regarding training logistics.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with LMS and HCM systems preferred.
  • Experience in Learning & Development or Human Resources preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in managing budgets and processing invoices.
  • Technical proficiency in audio-visual technology.
  • Ability to develop training materials.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
