Learning Services Coordinator - Remote

In Short

• Accountable for supporting the Learning Services team by organizing and executing learning content initiatives.
• Creating, adding, and revising content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Scheduling project meetings and timelines.
• Ensuring timely delivery of completed training materials.
• Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting issues.
• Generating reports to monitor client training progress.
• Acting as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identifying potential problems and technical issues.
• Managing project-related paperwork.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration.
• Proficiency in administering an LMS, specifically Absorb or similar.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Articulate 360 certification preferred.
• Previous experience in project management or administrative support preferred.
