Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our client, a global pharmaceutical company. This role is instrumental in supporting daily business activities and coordinating efforts across multiple departments to ensure seamless client experiences.

In Short

  • Act as the primary coordinator for assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotes for Business Development Executives.
  • Create and submit orders using SAP and internal MBS systems.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to confirm product availability.
  • Manage master data tickets, purchase orders, and order acknowledgments.
  • Track purchase orders and communicate with customers regarding open balances.
  • Handle customer and distributor calls, triaging requests.
  • Participate in team calls and cross-functional meetings.
  • Maintain and refine departmental procedures for efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience supporting Sales team activities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
