In Short

• Schedule and coordinate HVAC maintenance and installation projects
• Maintain records of HVAC equipment and service schedules
• Process work orders and maintenance requests
• Manage inventory of HVAC parts and supplies
• Create preventive maintenance schedules
• Communicate project status with clients and team
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities
• Handle administrative tasks
• Coordinate emergency HVAC service calls
• Support energy efficiency initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
