Overview

As Ambient’s Payroll Coordinator, you will assist with our company’s payroll system and oversee the Time & Labor system while ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee checks.

• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and employment standards.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Assist in employee tax forms.
• Coordinate with HR on payroll changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and software.
• Good knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Diploma/BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or a relevant field.
