Overview

As a Payroll Coordinator at Ambient Enterprises, you will assist with the company's payroll system and oversee the Time & Labor system, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of employee checks.

In Short

  • Responsible for processing timesheets and updating payroll records.

  • Ensure compliance with employment standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports.

  • Coordinate with HR on payroll changes.
  • Conduct audits of payroll records.
  • Provide employee support regarding payroll inquiries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a payroll coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and software.
  • Good knowledge of Federal and State Labor Laws.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Diploma/BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
