Overview

The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing daily service and installation operations activities, driving customer satisfaction through strong relations and efficient scheduling.

• Handle escalated customer inquiries and liaise with management.

Requirements

• Experience with Service/Repair scheduling preferred.
• Strong customer relations skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of installation processes.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficient in using scheduling software and CRM.
