Overview

As an HVAC Service Coordinator at IMI, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service, supporting clients in resolving HVAC installation issues, and developing customer relationships while implementing new technologies.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of service companies, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop service companies' competencies by implementing new technologies and organizing technical training.
• Work closely with other departments to effectively resolve technical issues and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Higher technical education in HVAC.
• Practical knowledge of service support issues.
• Ability to manage procedures in a timely manner.
• Highly developed communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, necessary for daily contact with technical departments in Europe.
• Knowledge of automatic pressure stabilization systems, hydraulic balancing, BMS is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for business throughout Poland.
• Driving license category B.
