Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for promoting and growing sales of IMI products in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer solutions and business development.

In Short

  • Manage sales efforts and relationships with Manufacturer Representatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong value propositions.
  • Provide customized training to Rep Companies and customers.
  • Close sales for complex projects.
  • Meet or exceed regional sales objectives.
  • Support Rep Companies with tools and knowledge.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques.
  • Participate in networking events and represent IMI.
  • Utilize CRM tools for data management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and budgets.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing sales management experience.
  • Knowledge of hydronic balancing valve and HVAC flow control.
  • Ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in product training and presentations.
  • Proven ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Fluency in English required.
