Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned regional sales and profitability plans while maintaining WBA’s leading sector position through direct sales activities and building relationships with key influencers and customers.

  • Service the Northeast Region remotely and travel within the designated territory.

  • Work collaboratively with Cross Business Line Sales Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Two or more years of relevant sales experience in commercial construction.
  • Knowledge of the bridge and tunnel market is preferred.
  • Strong technical capabilities for product recommendations.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and planning.
  • Ability to develop and manage business relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated growth in sales performance.
  • Proficient in reporting sales objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
