Overview

We are looking for a skilled and driven Automation & Customer Support Engineer to join our team and support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Colorbiotics equipment in the field. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring our machines are reliable, safe, and functioning at optimal performance levels.

In Short

  • Remote position with a requirement to reside in the East Coast region, preferably North Carolina.
  • Installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of Colorbiotics equipment.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Providing real-time feedback to engineering and product development teams.
  • Delivering excellent customer support and training.
  • Maintaining service records and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Supporting sales efforts through technical consultation.
  • Upholding high service and performance standards.
  • Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Understanding of diesel components and hydraulic systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Vocational/technical training in mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in place of formal education.
