Overview

The Customer Support Engineer at DevRev will be responsible for maintaining communication with customers, triaging bugs and feature requests, and providing technical support to enhance user experience with the product.

Requirements

  • BE/B Tech or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of support experience.
  • Knowledge of programming languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills related to technical and business questions.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
