Overview

As a Customer Support Engineer at Rad AI, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier technical customer service and supporting our expanding product portfolio and community of physician users across the United States.

In Short

• Communicate effectively with admins and users to understand issues.
• Develop support processes and documentation for Rad AI products.
• Triage urgent issues with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot web applications in a Windows environment.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for product improvement.
• Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Support our 24/7 customer base with on-call shifts.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in a radiology practice or tech company.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in remotely supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
• Ability to manage multiple open issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and applications.
• Familiarity with customer support systems like Zendesk.
• Available to work Pacific or Mountain Time Zone hours.
