Overview

The Customer Support Engineer at Persona will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring a world-class experience as they engage with the platform.

In Short

  • Act as the main support contact for emerging customers.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently via email, Zendesk, and Slack.
  • Deeply understand Persona’s product for effective troubleshooting.
  • Track customer issues to improve resources and in-product guidance.
  • Write documentation and tutorials to enhance customer experience.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product, customer, or technical support roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience with US-based tech companies.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to explain complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer empathy and eagerness to learn about Persona’s product.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Zendesk, JIRA, and Slack.
  • Growth mindset and flexibility in thinking.
