Overview

Persona is excited to hire a TechOps Analyst to join our team! As our first New York City-based IT hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in our broader IT team, taking the lead on various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems in our New York office.

In Short

• Be the front-line support for New York city-based employees.
• Work with People Ops for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
• Set up video conferencing for company all-hands.
• Procure and track tech equipment for employees.
• Research new tools to optimize internal efficiencies.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT/TechOps or equivalent.
• Strong passion for technology, automation, and efficiency.
• Experience with MacOS, Google Workspace, jamfPRO, and Okta.
• Comfort in building trust through collaboration.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and security.
• Great at finding solutions and explaining thought processes.
• Firm grasp on TechOps/IT best practices.
