Persona is looking for a TechOps Analyst to support the smooth operation of internal systems and provide technical assistance to end-users in a high-growth technology startup environment.

In Short

• Support San Francisco city-based employees, including leadership.
• Collaborate with People Ops for onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in IT/TechOps or equivalent.
• Strong passion for technology and automation.
• Experience with macOS, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Okta.
• Ability to build trust through collaboration.
• Knowledge of computer systems, security, and network administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of TechOps/IT best practices.
