Overview

Persona is looking for a TechOps Analyst to support the smooth operation of internal systems and provide technical assistance to end-users in a high-growth technology startup environment.

In Short

Support San Francisco city-based employees, including leadership.
Collaborate with People Ops for onboarding/offboarding.
Set up video conferencing for company meetings.
Procure and track tech equipment for employees.
Research tools to optimize internal efficiencies.

Requirements

3 years of experience in IT/TechOps or equivalent.
Strong passion for technology and automation.
Experience with macOS, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Okta.
Ability to build trust through collaboration.
Knowledge of computer systems, security, and network administration.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Understanding of TechOps/IT best practices.
